Yoghurt and Spring Onion Dip



“Yoghurt & Spring Onion Dip” is super easy, no – cook dip that goes really well with salads, bread or bagels. The preparation time is a little long but it hardly takes time to mix all the ingredients and enjoy the dip. If planned in advance, it gets easy.  This recipe takes about 1 hour to prepare and makes about ¾ cup of dip.
Serves: ¾ cup of Dip
Total Time: 1 hr
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh yoghurt
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 tsp honey
½ tsp Italian herb mix
1 spring onion finely chopped
Salt, pepper and chilli flakes to taste
Method:
Hang the yoghurt in a muslin cloth in a cool place for approximately an hour until all the liquid/whey has drained out.
Combine remaining ingredients to form a smooth paste.
Serve fresh.
